Why we process data

We use this data to provide monitoring, alert delivery, subscription management, security, and support.

Payment data

Card payments are handled by Stripe. RegShield does not store full payment card numbers.

Retention

We retain customer and monitoring records only as long as needed for service delivery, support, billing, and legal obligations.

Disclosures

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the SaaS (for example hosting, database, and payment providers) and where legally required.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support.
