RegShield is a SaaS monitoring tool that provides register-risk signals and alerts based on company IDs and public registry data.

RegShield is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee legal outcomes.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Taxes/VAT may apply. You are responsible for keeping billing details accurate.

You can manage your subscription via the billing portal or by contacting support.

You agree not to misuse the service, scrape other customers' data, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may update or improve the service over time. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegShield is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
